Acorn IT Solutions Delivery, Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Acorn IT Solutions. Please check out our Terms and Conditions.

We want to ensure you are happy with the product you buy on our website. In the event that you need to chat to us about your order, please call 02879644975 or 018934936, email us at info@acornitsolutions.com or write to us at our address (see our Contact page).

DELIVERY DETAILS

Once you have selected the Products you wish to buy, please supply us with your delivery address, tell us how you wish to pay and give us any other information we request to enable us to fulfil your order. Please ensure the information you provide to us is accurate.

The delivery charge is based on the weight and dimensions of the shipment and the geographical location. Delivery charges are automatically updated upon checkout, prior to order confirmation.

Normal delivery times are between 9am – 5pm on working days. Please note some items may be delivered slightly sooner or later than the above stated period.

PRICES AND HOW TO PAY

The price of the Products will be as set out on our website. All prices are shown in Great British Pounds (GBP).

All prices on our website are exclusive of VAT and delivery costs (where applicable). Any delivery charge will be as shown in your basket, when you checkout. Your order summary will itemise the VAT and your delivery charge (where applicable). They will be included in the total price.

We reserve the right, at any time, to adjust the prices of the Products and to change the range of Products available.

Please ensure all payments are made by the due date. Products will not be shipped until payment is received in full.

We aim to fulfil your order within 3-5 working days or within a reasonable period following your order, unless there are exceptional circumstances. If we cannot fulfil your order within a reasonable period, we will let you know.

RETURNS

1.0 Software Returns & licence only upgrades

Software that has been bought directly from our shop can be returned and downloads reimbursed within 30 days of the date of purchase (this period begins on the date you actually place your order) provided:- it is in its original condition i.e. unopened; the software has not been installed. If it has, we may ask you to complete and submit a certificate confirming un-installation. you have not obtained an activation key from us.

2.0 Stationery Returns

Standard stationery orders can be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase (this period begins on the date you place your order) provided the order is totally unused. As we will be unable to sell bespoke stationery to another customer we are unable to provide a refund unless there is a printing error caused entirely by us.

3.0 Training Workbooks

Workbooks can be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery provided the order is unopened.

OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

We may cancel your order if:

Products that have been ordered are not available. If this happens, we will let you know the Product is not available and endeavour to help you find an alternative product which meet your needs. We are not obliged to provide a substitute

You do not pay us the price due for the Product by the due date

You are not authorised to order Products from us

If we wish to cancel your order for products, we will contact you.

REFUNDS

Once your product is received, we will let you know it has arrived. We will immediately notify you regarding the status of your refund, after inspecting the product. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

SHIPPING

If the goods are faulty or sent in error, Acorn IT Solutions will cover all costs of the return. Otherwise we would kindly ask that you return the goods at your own expense and ensure that you take adequate measure their safe return. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
