Our Proven Process Produces Results
Initial project requirements are gathered and product demonstrations are provided. The basis of the commercials for the project are determined.
The scope of the Project is defined, agreed and documented; ensuring that all requirements are met.
The required actions are implemented; ensuring the system is configured accordingly.
The system is tested inhouse, then handed over to the Client to complete User Acceptance Testing.
Once approved following testing, the system is implemented. Training is then provided to any relevant staff and contact established with our telephone-based support team.
